Into gold
A rich play of textures, Into gold begins by casting on the cabled band provisionally, working it from end to end, then joining it in the round. Stitches are then picked up along one edge, and the crown worked in Woven Stitch, with decorative decreases that pinwheel slightly. The lower edge of the band is finished with a smooth I-cord.

20 (22)" [51 (56) cm] in circumference. For the best fit, choose a size that is 1–2" [2.5–5 cm] smaller than actual head measurement.
